Persuasive Writing on Helping Haiti

In your classes, you have already worked on Persuasive writing or you will me working on persuasive writing pieces this month.

Goal: Persuasive writing is used to convince the reader of a stated opinion or belief.

In persuasive writing, it is the writer’s job to persuade or convince the reader to understand their view points and opinions. The writer must use facts to support their viewpoints to make the reader believe in what they are writing about. Persuasive pieces can be written in different forms such as essays or letters.
